I’ve been a busy boy lately, and this is just ONE of the many sessions I’ve done. I’m still relatively new to the world of maternity photography, but I was really pleased with the images from this shoot. Lisa and Ben have a great little family, and everyone is really excited to see it “expand” (pardon the rather lose pun). We shot this session in 2 locations, one outside and one in my studio area. It was so much fun to do, and it was a blast creating these images!

I photographed this little guy when he was first born, and he was adorable then, but now…OH MY. This little guy has so much characture, it so much fun to capture these images.

I will be posting some more images of him later, as this session was part of the “baby’s first year’ package for this couple. I can’t wait to see what this little guy will be like then!

So now that I am “venturing out”, I thought I should venture out into Kaidan’s new world, cause nothing warms a heart more than a baby’s first photo shoot.

Alas, newborns…They are cute, cuddly, fragile, and they pee all over everything when you try to photograph them!

Still, I smile with satisfaction when I look at the images!

Sarah is the daughter of a former co worker who is a very dear friend. While on vacation visiting her mom in Kelowna, I went over to the house where Sarah was staying and did I session for her on location around the property. The blooming flowers provided a very beautiful background for maternity photos.
