I photographed this little guy when he was first born, and he was adorable then, but now…OH MY. This little guy has so much characture, it so much fun to capture these images.

I will be posting some more images of him later, as this session was part of the “baby’s first year’ package for this couple. I can’t wait to see what this little guy will be like then!

This session was the first of the new “Visions of YOU” sessions I am starting to offer clients. With these sessions, I work with each client to establish a concept to capture that portrays something about themself they want to reveal to everyone with a series of images. This is Amy, and this is how she wanted you to see her!

When I set up this session with these clients I discussed the idea of taking a “trash the dress” spin on this bridal session. We ended up doing some bridal portraits, then changing dresses and continuing on. I really enjoyed getting wet shooting this images. It was a blast, and I’d LOVE to do more!

I was asked to do some grad portraits by a friend of mine as a grad present for his daughter. As I thought about how I was going to approach the concept, I asked Shayla if she would be interested in doing something more funky and urban. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was game for whatever I wanted to do, so we did some night shots as well as the standard fair.

I will definitely be doing a lot more of this type of work in the future!!
